Looking for free hair extension instructions and info?
When will I receive my order?
We ship the majority of our hair extensions via UPS. Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS. We also use USPS for selected orders under $75. You should receive a tracking # in your email. You can also see tracking numbers by logging into your account at visionhairextensions.com.
All orders received by 3:30 PM Eastern Time will be shipped out the same day. Shipping days are Monday – Friday, weekends and holidays are not counted for shipping. For example if you select Next Day Air shipping and it is Friday before 3:30PM you will receive the order on Monday. If you place a Next Day Air order on Thursday by 3:30PM you will get it Friday. 2nd Day Air ordered Monday by 4PM will arrive Wednesday.
A very large shipping area is in the 2 day ground shipping, from Connecticut to Florida. Our free shipping with orders over $150 is also ground shipping. Check out the Map on our shipping page to see where you fall in our shipping area. Call if you have any questions.
Can I return or exchange my extensions?
As long as the hair extensions are not used and the package is not damaged you can return/exchange them within 30 days. See Returns for more information.
Color matching - How can I get the best hair extension color match?
The best way to match your client’s or your hair is by purchasing a color ring. We sell hair extensions for several companies and they all have their own color ring. If you have just one ring we can match from that if you give us a call.
We also have several color rings from companies we don't sell, including Great Lengths, to help with matching from their rings.

If you want to purchase a color ring you can always return it for 100% credit towards future orders. More matching information here
What length hair extensions should I get?
The longer the extensions are the higher the price. so if price is a concern shorter is better. For most people 16" or 18" is long enough. Lynn Bogen wrote a blog about length. Here is the link
