Refund and Exchange
Refunds and exchanges
are available only for unused and unaltered products. Once a product has been used or package opened
no refunds or exchanges will be given. Because of the variables in
application and care of hair extensions it is not possible to guarantee how
long extensions will last. Vision recommends practicing application techniques
and following all care instructions for best results.
Returns: All full price
hair extensions, adhesives, kits and hair care products can be accepted as a
return within 30 days after receipt of order provided they are unused or
altered and in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee. Please E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call before returning any
merchandise to receive a RMA #. Returns will not be processed without a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) which must be written on the outside of
$10 shipping fee may be deducted on returned items if free shipping was used
for the original order.
Clearance items and Special Order
items are not returnable.
Exchange: If the hair is not what was expected or products are damaged during
transit, call or e-mail within 15 working days from the date you received the
goods. No restocking fees charged for exchanged or damaged items.
The customer is
responsible for shipping charges for replacement or exchanged items. Returns
must be received before sending replacements. We do not refund the original
shipping charges nor do we reimburse return shipping charges. No COD shipping
No returns, credits or
refunds on clearance items, special order items or samples.
